About Us

Hi, I’m Lisa โ€” a mom of four kids aged 0 to 6, living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. And yes, my house is beautifully chaotic. ๐Ÿฆข

Between a newborn, a curious toddler, and two little ones discovering the world at full speed, I spend a lot of time thinking about how we set up spaces, what we put in them โ€” and how we run our days.

A few years ago I stumbled upon Montessori principles โ€” and everything changed. Not in a dramatic, Pinterest-perfect way. In a real way. My kids started playing longer. Fighting less. Sleeping better. And our home finally felt calm enough for all of us to breathe.

Around the same time I got obsessed with something else: family biohacking. How sleep, nutrition, morning routines, and a well-organized environment affect not just adults โ€” but kids’ brains, moods, and development. Turns out, the way you set up a child’s room and structure their day is one of the most powerful tools you have as a parent.

That’s what Mommy Swan is about.

Here you’ll find practical ideas for kids’ rooms that actually work โ€” floor beds, open shelves, cozy reading nooks, and calm corners. Simple activities for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers that support their development. And real systems for organizing family life โ€” morning routines, sleep schedules, meal rhythms โ€” so your home runs more smoothly and everyone thrives.

I believe that a well-organized home is not about being perfect. It’s about creating the conditions for your kids to grow โ€” and for you to stay sane while they do.

Everything I share is tested in real life. With four real kids. In a real (wonderfully messy) home in Argentina.

If you’re a mom looking for ideas that are beautiful, doable, and actually backed by how kids develop โ€” you’re in the right place.

Welcome to the nest. ๐Ÿฆข
